I think you have captured the true....
driving force in the decision with one factor to be determined. That factor is how his family reacts and what their points of view are. I doubt money is the driving force at all so matching the ISU offer will not in and of itself be a game changer. If Dresser's history is looked at, he built Grundy in to the gold standard in Va. HS wrestling then moved on to do the same thing at Christiansburg and has now repeated the pattern at VT. At the end of the day the guy is far more motivated by challenges, building the programs and spreading/strengthening the sport. Good luck to him and his family on a tough decision. I hope they make the right one that they can look back on many years from now with no regrets.
